Biblical Theology

The field of religious studies can be subdivided into the four areas mentioned above. Biblical theology deals with Scripture itself, either working in great detail with the original Greek and Hebrew (called exegesis) or taking more of a survey approach (called isagogics), looking at the overall theme and scope a book of the Bible.
